Understanding Embroidery makes a difference

Achieving superior embroidery is a skilled trade. Understanding the way a garment stretches, lays, and moves is something that our embroidery department understands more than any other embroiderer. This is because we are not your average embroidery contractor. The fact that we develop and manufacture garments daily; from fabric cutting to full sewing and construction of the garment, is one of many reasons that our embroidery service is second to none.

Our embroidery capabilities range from blazers, pea coats, polo’s, hoodies, and jackets, to hats and bags. We can do it all quickly, affordably, and, most of all, skillfully so your garments come out looking perfect. We use the latest, state of the art Tajima embroidery machinery, as well as various types of backings for different fabric applications and high filament embroidery thread with high thread count embroideries. Whether it’s on a garment we manufacture, or on a garment from another supplier or manufacturer, we can embroider all.

There are certain advantages to embroidering on a garment we manufacture

For example, if we are manufacturing a blazer and there needs to be embroidery done on the left chest, we won’t just embroider through the fabric and lining once it’s finished. We first cut the pieces, embroider them and then sew the garment together. This way, you won’t have embroidery going through the fabric and lining together and the backing won’t unnecessarily show up inside the garment. We use this same method on dress shirts; embroidering the collar, cuff, or placket as cut pieces. This allows the finished product to not only look perfect, but proper and professional.

Our Process

Art submission

We accept any type of art file, you can either e-mail it or submit it as a quote request through our website. All we need to know is the size which you want the embroidery to be.

Digitizing

You can either submit your own digitized file format or we can digitize your artwork for you. We can digitize in less than 24 hours.

Sew-Out Approval

Once digitized we will do a sew-out for you to approve. And once approved we can start embroidering.

Finishing and Packaging

Once embroidered we will take off the backing, trim access threads, and can either steam or press on our garment presses (extra charge) your entire garment if needed. Once packed, we will fold into poly-bags.
