We use the latest, state of the art Tajima embroidery machinery, as well as various types of backings for different fabric applications and high filament embroidery thread with high thread count embroideries. Whether it’s on a garment we manufacture, or on a garment from another supplier or manufacturer, we can embroider all.

There are certain advantages to embroidering on a garment we manufacture

For example, if we are manufacturing a blazer and there needs to be embroidery done on the left chest, we won’t just embroider through the fabric and lining once it’s finished. We first cut the pieces, embroider them and then sew the garment together. This way, you won’t have embroidery going through the fabric and lining together and the backing won’t unnecessarily show up inside the garment. We use this same method on dress shirts; embroidering the collar, cuff, or placket as cut pieces. This allows the finished product to not only look perfect, but proper and professional.
